The first of FortGroup’s conceptually-themed rent-by-suite programs, Campus Lodge ushered in a new generation of student housing that broke all previous molds. Recognizing that the emerging millennial generation demands luxury, comfort, amenities, and greater opportunities for social interaction—and that they’re willing to pay for these characteristics—FortGroup responded with an Adirondack-themed series of communities that created positive living environments offering privacy, community, and technology.
