NorthMarq Capital

NorthMarq Capital, founded in Minneapolis more than four decades ago, offers FortGroup financing programs as well as real estate consulting services through its affiliate, NorthMarq Advisors. NorthMarq provides services to FortGroup through our liaison, Mr. Lee Weaver, NorthMarq’s Vice President and Producer in the Tampa regional office. Mr. Weaver has over ten years of experience in commercial real estate and commercial lending. Mr. Weaver has a B.S. degree in Real Estate from Florida State University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson and a licensed mortgage broker. His professional associations include the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the International Counsel of Shopping Centers, the Real Estate Investment Council, and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.

SuiteUSA, Inc.

SuiteUSA, Inc. is an asset and property management company managing the overall operations of all FortGroup properties. SuiteUSA has developed definitive hands-on practices that are particularly effective in serving “generation Y and I.” SuiteUSA hires, trains and oversees all site personnel; monitors and adjusts to market conditions during pre-lease and lease-up; and accurately reports on the financial status of each project within the corporation’s portfolio.

LEDA Design

LEDA Design is an architectural firm in St. Augustine, Florida. Its president and chief architect, Les Thomas, has a wide range of project experience spanning twenty-four years. His firm provides comprehensive design services as well as construction document preparation. LEDA has a full complement of services, including civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, landscape architecture and historical research services. Les has produced all FortGroup projects since 1994.
