FortGroup Wins Three Laurel Awards

The Sales and Marketing Council of Northeast Florida Builders Association awarded FortGroup Development, Inc. three awards in their annual marketing and design competition. The FortGroup team received awards for Best Website (www.zislander.com), Best Brochure and Best Signage, marketing materials for Wave’s Z islander, Bryan Texas. Accepting the awards were Jody Marcil, Director of Branding and Mariah Mouro, VP of Marketing.

Wave’s Z Islander is a fanciful tropical destination resort–style community–– a fusion of all things island, where Caribbean meets Wabi Sabi /Hawaiian surf culture–– designed to meet the demands of the technologically savvy millennials. The community has recently been voted The Eagle Reader’s Choice winner for Best Apartment Complex in the Brazos Valley.
